Product information

Overview

The RVD series uses a differential planetary roller screw arrangement to provide very fine linear travel per screw revolution. The supplied catalog positions the series for high-precision applications and notes differential leads down to 0.02 mm.

The model matrix below validates the data structure with selected catalog rows across 12, 15 and 18 mm nominal diameters.

Advantages

  • Differential lead down to 0.02 mm
  • Fine positioning resolution
  • High load capability for size
  • Cataloged stiffness data

Applications

  • Precision optical positioning
  • Semiconductor equipment
  • Metrology systems
  • Fine-feed mechanisms
